401(e) Home Energy Service is pleased to partner with the Home Performance with ENERGY STAR program to provide Grand Forks area homeowners with energy savings through home improvements and energy efficiency upgrades.
Home Performance with ENERGY STAR is a national program from the U.S. Department of Energy and the Environmental Protection Agency, and like the 401(e) Home Energy Service, the program takes a whole-house approach to energy efficiency and home comfort.
