All profits generated by 401(e) services are reinvested in nonprofit programs provided by Red River Valley Community Action (RRVCA). This means that when you complete a project with us, you are not only investing in the health, comfort, and efficiency of your home, but you will be contributing to the social and economic well-being of the greater Grand Forks community.
And guess what? 401(e) offers you the opportunity to choose where the profits from you project goes.
You can choose from the following programs:

Individual Development Accounts (IDA)
Ernie J. Norman Shelter
Or you can let RRVCA staff decide. RRVCA operates over 30-some community-focused programs, and they can wisely direct your project’s profits to where it is needed most.
